I have had a problem with my sink now for over 2 years and have reached out to multiple people trying to get something taken care of. I finally had coordinated with another countertop business and a plumber earlier this summer and wasn’t put on the schedule until September 7th. The plumber came, took apart my sink. The counter top guys then came, cut the silicone bead connecting the sink to the countertop, then stated they would not be doing the job and left my house and emailed me a bill for $185 and an unusable sink.
After a few calls to my old contractor, he directed me your way. Less than 24 hours after my initial phone call, Kyle came over to help assess the situation. He was super professional and was willing to sit and troubleshoot issues, come up with a solution and complete his portion of the job in a timely manner. Within an hour after that, I got on the schedule for the plumber today. Nick came, got everything back together for me this morning and I have a functional sink again!
Your company didn’t owe me anything, yet went above and beyond in the last 48 hours. You don’t know how much this has meant to me. The way the other two involved parties treated me during this process was really unprofessional and rude. I really appreciate your customer service and you better believe if I ever need anything in the future in your line of work I will be coming back. Thanks again to all involved.
