I just wanted to take a minute to write you an email thanking you for the wonderful service you have provided me over the past 3 days. Please share with your employees 🙂

 I have had a problem with my sink now for over 2 years and have reached out to multiple people trying to get something taken care of. I finally had coordinated with another countertop business and a plumber earlier this summer and wasn’t put on the schedule until September 7th. The plumber came, took apart my sink. The counter top guys then came, cut the silicone bead connecting the sink to the countertop, then stated they would not be doing the job and left my house and emailed me a bill for $185 and an unusable sink.

After a few calls to my old contractor, he directed me your way. Less than 24 hours after my initial phone call, Kyle came over to help assess the situation. He was super professional and was willing to sit and troubleshoot issues, come up with a solution and complete his portion of the job in a timely manner. Within an hour after that, I got on the schedule for the plumber today. Nick came, got everything back together for me this morning and I have a functional sink again!

Your company didn’t owe me anything, yet went above and beyond in the last 48 hours. You don’t know how much this has meant to me. The way the other two involved parties treated me during this process was really unprofessional and rude. I really appreciate your customer service and you better believe if I ever need anything in the future in your line of work I will be coming back. Thanks again to all involved.

BOOM! Nailed it! Completely transformed this dated kitchen into a GORGEOUS showstopper! When a space is as beautiful as it is functional – that’s when the magic happens! ESF your team is OUTSTANDING!!! This stone was so important to this INTERVENTION and you guys nailed the fabrication and install like always!!!!!

 

I just want to say that my total experience with Elite Stone has been very enjoyable.  It’s so comforting to know how well you treat your customers from start to finish!  I will ALWAYS recommend you in the future to friends, as well as clients. All of you guys treated me as if I’m your only customer and that’s how I like to work with my own clients.  So I know the worthiness of doing business this way.  What a breath of fresh air to know this work ethic is still alive and well!  Kudos to your “well oiled machine” of a business!

Called around to some local countertop companies…Elite Stone Fabrication in Lisbon by far had the best selection, price and customer service. We were blown away by their selection of hard surface tops in the warehouse. We made our selection on a Saturday, had a representative come out early the following week to take measurements, and only about 2 weeks later the top was installed. We will be going back for sure to replace our counters in our kitchen!!

Elite Stone installed a granite countertop in a challenging situation. Great install and great communication. Very talented individuals. Very professional and take pride in what they do. Everyone is highly trained from top to bottom. Love this company

We are loving our new countertops already! It was installed on Friday. We got the metro quartz Danza. It looks phenomenal in our kitchen.
